Rating Notes:

Rater collected data on Expert difficulty in time trial and survival mode. The game required the rater to regularly duck or squat below chest level. It also required mild stepping from side to side, similar to taking a partial step or shifting weight on your feet. Katana X also required the rater to regularly extend arms quickly and forcefully, in motions similar to swinging a sword or throwing a punch.  Rater noted the activity was constant, and that the most exercise was observed playing Tatami Time Trial mode, though it was not substantially higher than other areas of the game.
